Good Shepherd will celebrate the grand opening of our newest housing option, The Cottages at Good Shepherd, at 2901 Aldersgate Road in Little Rock on Friday, Oct. 19. Festivities will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m., followed by a reception until 6 p.m.
The Cottages bring high-quality, independent senior living to Little Rock, providing persons 55 and older an affordable housing option with rental rates based on income.
Of 104 total units, Good Shepherd offers 20 neighboring cottages designated to accommodate hearing impaired residents, as well as units that are handicap-accessible. In fact, Good Shepherd is the first retirement community in the state to offer contiguous housing for the hearing impaired.
