The Rhinehart Building offers apartments for independently living seniors, age 62 or older, complete with scenic patio and balcony views of the surrounding picturesque landscape. Rent includes utilities, Cable TV, free washers and dryers on each floor, transportation, convenient parking, and shares its amenities with the Moore Building. Residents have the option of joining our meal programs, breakfast and/or lunch, served 6 days a week. Let our maintenance department handle your maintenance issues and appliance repair.

Residents of the Rhinehart have easy access to our Fisher’s lake via our boardwalk located just outside the building’s entrance. Residents can go for a walk, fish, or simply sit and enjoy the view.

Applicants must be 62 or older.
