The Roberts studio apartments are designed for maintenance-free living, and the utilities, meals, cable TV, transportation, and maintenance are all included in the monthly rent.

Each studio features a practical, open floor plan with a seamlessly combined living and sleeping area, private bathroom, and plenty of closet space. With a refrigerator and microwave in each studio, residents can keep their favorite beverages, fresh fruits, or snacks accessible at any time of the day or night.
