The Roberts offers Senior Independent Living in Little Rock for adults age 62 and older looking for a simpler, worry-free way of life. Located in a quiet, wooded corner of West Little Rock, our studio apartments are designed for maintenance-free living. Each studio features a practical, open floor plan with a combined living and sleeping area, private bathroom, ample closet space, and a refrigerator and microwave for everyday convenience.

APARTMENTS AND RATES

• Studio (One Person): $1,273* per month

*Security deposit: $400. Applicants must be 62 or older. Rent covers utilities, meals, cable TV, transportation, and maintenance.
