Moore Building

The Moore building is a seven-story high rise offering affordable living for seniors age 62 and older (younger if certain mobility disability criteria are met).

The Moore Building is home to 200 HUD-subsidized apartments for seniors. Fully accessible apartments are also available for persons with disabilities.

The Moore Building has all the amenities our residents need under one roof – a beauty/barber shop, library, computers, and a gym.  Card-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor and a delicious and nutritious noon meal is available six days a week. Cable TV and transportation are also available and residents can choose to receive physical therapy on-site without having to leave the building.
