The Cottages
The Cottages of Good Shepherd consists of 104 charming 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The Cottages accepts applicants age 55 and up whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income listed below. These single story cottages promotes community yet affords privacy in a beautifully landscaped setting.
Amenities include a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, exercise room, and computer room. Residents can come together for scheduled activities in the centrally-located Community room. Residents can go shopping with their neighbors in our 13-passenger van or reserve a ride with our transportation department for individual appointments. All Cottages apartment maintenance and landscaping are maintained by Good Shepherd.
Applicants must be 55 or older.

- 2 Bedroom/2 Bath (950 sq. ft.) $861 per month
50% MEDIAN INCOME RANGE REQUIREMENTS:
- One person maximum allowable income $32,450
- Two persons maximum allowable income $37,100
- Three persons maximum allowable income $41,750
- Four persons maximum allowable income $46,350
APARTMENTS AND RATES
- 1 Bedroom/1 Bath (750 sq. ft.) $586 per month
- 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath (950 sq. ft.) $676 per month
30% MEDIAN INCOME RANGE REQUIREMENTS:
- One person maximum allowable income $19,470
- Two persons maximum allowable income $22,260
- Three persons maximum allowable income $25,050
- Four persons maximum allowable income $27,810
